Privacy Policy

This page explains what data AniBeam collects and why. The short version: we run anonymous analytics if you consent, we use affiliate links, and we don’t sell or share personal data.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which guides help readers, using Google Consent Mode v2:

  • Analytics cookies are off by default. They activate only if you press “Accept” on the cookie banner.
  • If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can clear your choice by deleting this site’s data in your browser.
  • Analytics data is aggregated and not used to identify individuals. See Google’s own privacy documentation for how Google processes this data.

Articles contain affiliate links, marked by the PR notice at the top of each article. When you click one, the merchant (e.g. NordVPN) may set cookies on their site to attribute the referral. We receive aggregate conversion reports that contain no personal information about you. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

Server logs

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to serve and secure the site, as described in their privacy documentation. We do not use this data to identify visitors.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR in the EU), you may have rights to access or delete personal data. Since we do not maintain user accounts or store personal profiles, the practical steps are: clear your cookies, and withdraw analytics consent via your browser’s site-data settings.

Changes

We will update this page when our data practices change, with the date above reflecting the latest revision.
